Bikalp Chamola is a researcher working on themes pertaining to livelihoods, governance, and ethics in the rural development space. He is a graduate of the Institute of Rural Management Anand and has an undergraduate education in Mathematics from the University of Delhi. In the past, he has worked in the implementation of National Rural Livelihoods Mission in three districts of Rajasthan and has also conducted research studies with IMWI-Tata Water Policy Program, Anand. Currently, his area of research is to understand the incentives for leaders in collectives.
